Sooji Kheer

This was one of the first solids for Aryan and I still give it to him for breakfast. As per my mom it was my favourite too !

Semolina(Sooji/Rava) - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Glass
Sugar - 1 tsp

1. Roast semolina in a pan to light brown.
2. Sim the flame and add Milk slowly and stir continously to avoid lumps
3. Add sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes

Sooji Kheer is ready!!

That sounds Yummy! I think all the babies would love it. I have also made a similar thing for Rishab with a special sooji for children, which had been precooked, otherwise in a similar way. A good idea to post it here!
