Today only I made pulao with mung...A lovely recipe! Today only I made pulao with mung sprouts. But these were the left overs of yesterday: boiled rice and sprouts. I just added red paprika, onion and some spices. But as you said it also depends on the contents of my fridge. sually i also use a lot of carrots. They practically are used in all the recipes.
